Addleshaw Goddard names Kearns partner

Addleshaw Goddard has appointed John Kearns as partner in the firm's finance team, establishing the firm's offering in the areas of structured finance and debt capital markets.

Kearns joins from Dentons Ireland LLP, where he spent four years on the banking-and-finance team.

Middle East

He previously worked with Simmons and Simmons in the Middle East and was previously a member of the capital-markets team at Arthur Cox.

Kearns said: “Having spent time in various jurisdictions, I have an appreciation of the need to deliver an international-standard product to clients.”
