Johnson Hana adds three to senior leadership
Legal-services outsourcing operation Johnson Hana has made three senior hires.
The new recruits are Emer O’Hora, Riona McHale, and Tom O’Halloran.
O’Hora is taking on the newly formed role of head of legal and data-protection officer (DPO) and will lead the legal-solutions team.
A qualified solicitor, she moved from a traditional law firm to work as DPO at both AIB and Icon plc.
Riona McHale joins as head of commercial.
Previously commercial head for Ireland and Britain at Travelport, and also with significant time at CarTrawler, McHale has experience in growing companies.
Growth plans
Johnson Hana plans to expand the business here and abroad.
Tom O’Halloran joins the forensics division as part of the broader eDiscovery function, enhancing expertise in eDiscovery, digital forensics, and data analytics.
Johnson Hana says that it is now Ireland’s largest eDiscovery business, driven by increasing demand for sophisticated data-management systems and the need to tackle complex legal and regulatory challenges.
Chief executive Dan Fox said: “As the fastest-growing alternative-legal-services provider in the world, it is important that we have a world-class executive team, not only to facilitate that growth, but to ensure we grow without sacrificing the standards which our domestic and international clients have rightly come to expect.”
