Dr Freda Grealy to lead Mercy Law Resource Centre

Dr Freda Grealy has been named the new managing solicitor at Mercy Law Resource Centre, succeeding Aoife Kelly-Desmond, who recently left to lead Community Law & Mediation.

Dr Grealy brings extensive experience, having led the Law Society Diploma Centre for over ten years and spearheaded initiatives such as the Street Law Programme and rule-of-law projects in Central and Eastern Europe.

'Perfect fit'

Mercy Law said that her dedication to human rights and social justice made a perfect fit for the role.

Dr Grealy expressed excitement about joining the team, saying that she would build on the centre's strong foundation and ensure that its services remained client-focused and justice-driven.
