Courts Service webinar available to watch back
The Courts Service has made available a recording of a recent webinar that provided solicitors with an update on the organisation’s modernisation programme.
More than 700 practitioners took part in the event, which heard from Owen Harrison (chief information officer) and Mark Dunne (head of digital).
The webinar included a demonstration of the Courts Portal, a key part of the modernisation programme that is aimed at practitioners and lay litigants and allows for the electronic filing of documents.
The demonstration introduced solicitors to:
- Digital filing and notifications,
- Order collection, and
- The digital affidavit – the Statement of Truth.
