Maples and Calder hires funds expert Dolomanov
Maples and Calder (Ireland) LLP, the Maples Group’s law firm, has hired Sergey Dolomanov as a partner in its Irish funds and investment-management group.
Widely recognised for his leadership in the exchange-traded funds (ETF) space, Dolomanov has advised on many of the most high-profile and innovative ETF launches by leading global issuers.
Accelerating growth
His arrival enhances the firm’s already significant capabilities in UCITS and ETFs at a time of accelerating retail and public-fund growth.
