Law Society runners in Barcelona
29 Blackhall trainees run Barcelona half marathon
The Blackhall trainees’ running group completed the Barcelona half marathon on Sunday (16 February).
A Law Society group of 29 completed the race in the Spanish city at the weekend.
Participants included Rebecca Kerins Brett, Molly Ryan, Rónán Boyle, Niall Kennedy, Ciara Kummert, Denis Clancy, Morris Hung, Eoghan O'Neill, Áine McCreesh, Eimear Osborne, Isobel Kenny, Sarah Dillon, Grace Feeney, Conor Cassidy, Gráinne Ni Fhrighil, Cadhla Duffy, James Shortt, Cian McAllister, Aidan Lyons, Niall Duffy, Eoin McGloin, Cian Dwyer, Jacob Maguire,, George Kearney, Jennifer Lowe, Emily Davis, David Heffernan, Lisa Owens, and Megan O'Donnell.

Meanwhile, the ladies’ GAA team also won their match yesterday (19 February), bringing home the HEC League Cup trophy.
The Blackhall team played Stranmillis University, Belfast in the Louth Centre of Excellence, Darver, Co Louth.
Both teams gave it their all and the final score was 6-10:1-10 to Blackhall.
The Blackhall mens' GAA team also reached their championship final (18 February) against TUD Blanchardstown, but unfortunately just lost out on three points.
The final score was 2-10:1-16.
An Cumann Gealtach at Blackhall is also finalising a programme for Seachtain na Geailge, which runs this year from Saturday 1 March to Saint Patrick’s Day.
