Trinity award for British Supreme Court judge

The Trinity College Law Review and the Trinity College Dublin (TCD) Law Society are to present the Praeses Elit award to British Supreme Court judge Lord Sales next month.

The award is given to those who have made an outstanding contribution to the law.

The event takes place on 5pm on Tuesday 11 March in the Graduates Memorial Building.

After the presentation. Lord Sales will give a lecture on the topic of unwritten constitutional law.

This will be followed by a conversation between Lord Sales, Chief Justice Donal O’Donnell, Mr Justice Gerard Hogan, and Professor Aileen Kavanagh (TCD School of Law).
