Anne Maree Igoe joins Beauchamps as partner
Dublin-based law firm Beauchamps has hired Anne Maree Igoe as a partner in its commercial-property practice.
The firm says that the move continues the expansion of its projects, infrastructure, and energy group.
Igoe has joined from Arthur Cox, along with Jeanie Kelly, who will be joining Beauchamps as a senior associate in the planning and environment group on 13 January.
‘Expertise’
The two hires follow Fiona Egan’s move to Beauchamps from Arthur Cox in October 2024 as a partner in the projects, infrastructure, and energy group.
“Anne Maree and Jeanie both bring exceptional reputations and expertise to the firm,” said John White (managing partner, Beauchamps).
Igoe advises Irish and international clients on the property aspects of acquisitions and disposals, financing and restructuring, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and landlord-and-tenant matters.
Kelly advises a variety of public and private-sector clients on planning and environmental matters across a wide range of sectors.
The projects, infrastructure, and energy group at Beauchamps consists of eight partners, supported by a team of 12 associates and solicitors.
