Four new ‘of counsel’ at McCann FitzGerald

Law firm McCann FitzGerald LLP has promoted four of its senior associates to ‘of counsel’.

The firm says that it awards ‘of counsel’ positions to senior associates with exceptional technical expertise and a proven record of outstanding client service.

McCann FitzGerald adds that the appointments reflect its growth ambitions and dedication to nurturing talent across all sectors.

The four lawyers promoted are:

  • Alison Carroll,
  • James Fitzgerald,
  • Daniel Lucey, and
  • Seán Mulvey.

Construction contracts

Carroll is an expert in construction contracts for large-scale infrastructure projects and complex dispute resolution.

Fitzgerald specialises in financial-services regulations, while Lucey is an expert in complex product-liability and commercial litigation.

Mulvey, who is based in the firm’s London office, specialises in advising  leading Irish and international asset managers and financial institutions on a wide range of Irish investment-fund activities.

Stephen Holst (managing partner) said that the promotions reflected the “ambition and drive” at McCann FitzGerald and reinforced its commitment to addressing the diverse needs of clients.
