Intellectual Property Office to run Spring exams
The Intellectual Property Office of Ireland is running law and practice exams in both patents and trademarks in April this year.
Both are online exams and are scheduled as follows:
- Law and practice of patents examination will be held on 9 April at 9 am. Information and application are available online: Patent Agent exam - IPOI,
- Law and practice of trademarks examination will be held on 10 April at 9.30 am. Information and application are available online: Trade Mark Agent exam - IPOI,
The fee for sitting either exam is €200.
Deadline
The deadline for the receipt of application forms and fees for both exams is before 10 March.
