Jennifer Fay to lead Clark Hill Dublin office
International law firm Clark Hill has appointed Jennifer Fay as partner in charge of its Dublin office.
Fay, who had been deputy member in charge for the firm’s Dublin office, brings over 20 years of experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, corporate insolvency, and commercial litigation to the role.
Clark Hill says that her leadership marks “a significant milestone” for its continued growth in Ireland and the US.
The firm entered the Irish market in 2019 after a merger with O’Gradys Solicitors.
‘Commitment to Dublin’
“This is an exciting time for the firm as we continue to grow our team and strengthen our transatlantic offering to service the needs of our clients,” said Fay.
John Hensien (Clark Hill chief executive) said that Fay had played “an integral role” in the growth of its Dublin practice, adding that her appointment demonstrated the firm’s commitment to expanding its legal services in Dublin.
Clark Hill has also named Sam Saarsteiner as deputy partner in charge in Dublin. It has also appointed Kirby Tarrant as lead partner of client service in Ireland – a new role that the firm says is focused on providing “exceptional client service” across the Irish market.
Clark Hill Dublin is part of an international law firm of more than 700 lawyers across 27 locations in the US, Mexico and Ireland.
Environmental lawyer Conor Linehan SC also recently joined the firm’s Dublin office.
