Weather continues to hit court activity

The Courts Service has issued an update on disruption to court activity across the country caused by severe weather conditions.

The southern region has been worst hit, with the court sitting scheduled for Mallow today (8 January) cancelled, and all matters adjourned to 12 March.

Mallow District Court office will be closed today and tomorrow (9 January).

Clonmel office closed

In Tipperary, in adition to closures already announced, the court scheduled for Cashel tomorrow has been cancelled, with all cases adjourned to 13 January. Clonmel court office is closed today and tomorrow.

In west Cork, the sitting scheduled for Macroom today has been cancelled. Clonakilty District Court office is also closed today.

Elsewhere, Manorhamilton District Court’s sitting today has been cancelled, as has the sitting in Belmullet District Court.
