Book on EU’s response to Russia’s aggression

A book by Prof Federico Fabbrino entitled The EU Constitution in Time of War: Legal Responses to Russia's Aggression against Ukraine will be launched shortly by Giuliano Amato (former Prime Minister of Italy).

The book examines how the European Union has addressed the large-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine.

Invasion

It examines the EU legal responses to Russia as a result, and the challenges and opportunities to further integrate European defence at a time of growing geo-political tensions.

The launch will be chaired by DCU President Professor Dáire Keogh.

Wolfgang Schüssel (former Chancellor of Austria) will also speak.
