DLA Piper appoints Chris Jessup as partner

DLA Piper has appointed Chris Jessup as a partner in the firm’s litigation and regulatory practice, specialising in financial services regulation.

Chris joins DLA Piper from A&L Goodbody, where he was a partner and co-head of fintech, based in the firm’s Belfast office.

Payments

He will focus on advising global payment providers when he joins in May 2025.  

DLA Piper, which established its office in Ireland in 2019, is now a team of 130-plus people, including 20 partners and 12 legal directors.
