Johnson Hana marks IWD with lunchtime discussion

Johnson Hana hosted a special lunch and panel discussion in celebration of International Women’s Day (7 March) at The Ivy in Dublin.

‘The Power of Perspective: Lessons from Female Leaders,’ heard about career journeys, insights, and strategies for navigating and thriving in the legal profession.

Leadership

The panel featured:

  • Elaine Fox (TikTok),
  • Lisa Gallagher (An Post),
  • Michelle Cunningham (AIB Life),
  • Katie da Gama (executive coach and formerly DAC Beachcroft).

The discussion was moderated by Emer O’Hora (head of legal, Johnson Hana).

The conversation touched on leadership in the digital age, including the unique challenges of building and scaling legal teams remotely.
