The Law Society has introduced an updated website that aims to reduce the time solicitors spend searching for resources.
The redesign follows extensive user research and feedback.
The Law Society says that the updated site organises content based on how solicitors work and provides faster access to essential tools and information.
It also provides an improved search facility, with more relevant results and filtering, as well as a new Solicitor Portal, where solicitors can manage data, save pages to view later, and complete key applications.
The process of booking courses and CPD has stayed the same for now, with improvements planned for the future.
All relevant previous content will be available on the updated website, though it may appear in a different section than before. Some older content has been updated and outdated information archived.

The updated website also meets internationally recognised Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA, which refers to a set of guidelines from the World Wide Web Consortium to make web content accessible to people with a range of disabilities.
