Jarleth Heneghan, a partner in William Fry’s projects and construction practice, has been named the exclusive 2026 Client Choice Award winner for construction in Ireland.
Jarleth was presented with the prestigious award at the Lexology Client Choice Awards event at Church House Westminster, London (26 March).
The Client Choice Awards recognise lawyers who stand apart for excellence in client service and the ability to add real value to their clients’ businesses. This marks the third consecutive year that Jarleth has received the Client Choice Award for Construction in Ireland.
Jarleth advises state bodies, developers, international clients and intermediaries, financial institutions, professionals and contractors on both contentious and non‑contentious construction and engineering matters. His practice spans complex projects, procurement and dispute resolution across the full lifecycle of major developments.
Boland's Quay
Recent highlights include advising on the development financing and construction of Google Ireland’s Boland’s Quay office and residential development, and on the redevelopment of the net‑zero carbon Irish Life headquarters campus.
He also advises the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications on the rollout and operation of the National Broadband Plan, the largest construction project ever undertaken in Ireland, as well as EirGrid on emergency power generation projects and DAA on the procurement and delivery of complex infrastructure projects across Dublin Airport.
