Maples and Calder makes several appointments

Maples and Calder (Ireland) LLP, the Maples Group's law firm in Ireland, has appointed seven senior lawyers to partner and of counsel positions.

The firm celebrates 20 years in Ireland in 2026.

These appointments form part of wider global promotions totalling 11 partners and 14 of counsel across the Maples Group.

Richard O’Mahony (funds and investment management) and Una Killeen (finance) become partners while Ann‑Marie Donovan (finance), Caitriona Clear (funds and investment management), Colm O’Donoghue (funds and investment management), Nuala Clarke (funds and investment management) and Adam Sinclair (funds and investment management) were promoted to of counsel positions.

These promotions follow the appointment of Sergey Dolomanov (funds and investment management), who recently joined the firm as a partner.

Talent pipeline
