William Fry scoops two rising stars legal awards

William Fry took home three awards at Euromoney Legal Media Group‘s inaugural Europe Rising Stars Awards in London.

Lyn Brennan was awarded ‘Rising Star Banking and Finance’, while her colleague Ruairí Rynn took the honours in the ‘Rising Star Ireland’ category.

The awards cover the legal world across 20 practice areas in 19 European countries. The inaugural Europe Awards were presented at a ceremony at the Bulgari Hotel in London on 7 November.

Lyn joined the William Fry banking and finance group as a partner early this year, having worked previously with international firm Milbank in New York.

Corporate clients

She advises global financial institutions, private equity firms, and corporate clients on a range of domestic and international financial transactions.

Ruairí Rynn is a partner in the firm's litigation and dispute-resolution department and corporate restructuring and insolvency group, with expertise in commercial litigation, insolvency and corporate restructurings. He has been a partner since May 2018.
