Several cases listed for hearing now adjourned

Care representative applications listed for hearing today (21 February) have now been adjourned for hearing to Monday 7 March at the same times, the Courts Service has said.

The applicant in each case must notify the respondent and any notice parties immediately of the changed hearing date.

The account and enquiry times are adjourned to Monday, 28 February 2022, at noon.

The moving party must notify all other parties immediately of the adjourned date.

The Ground Rent applications listed for 21 February have also been adjourned and the parties will be notified of a new hearing date.

The Civil Motion List as published (motions for 22 February and 22 March) have been adjourned for hearing to Friday, 25 February, at the same times.

The moving party should notify the respondent to the motion of the adjourned date.
