Death of Judge Bernard Brennan of District Court

The death took place yesterday of Judge Bernard (Barney) Brennan, retired judge of the District Court, at his home in Tubbercurry, Co Sligo.

He is mourned by his wife Nancy and his children Noreen, Evelyn, Rory, Hilary and Barry, sons-in-law John, Tom and James, daughters-in-law Amanda and Monika, and his eleven grandchildren.

Requiem

The funeral will take place tomorrow at St John the Evangelist Church, Tubbercurry for Requiem Mass at 12 noon with burial afterwards in Rhue Cemetery.

Due to public health restrictions, the funeral Mass and burial will be private for family only but the Mass can be viewed online. 

No flowers by request, but donations may be made if desired to North West Hospice, Sligo.
