Practitioners asked to note judicial conference dates

The District Court conference 2021 will now take place online on Friday, 26 March.

No cases should be listed for any District Court on that date, save on the instruction of the judiciary.

The Circuit Court conference has been scheduled but, not yet confirmed, to take place on  Friday, 16 April.

Confirmation will issue in due course.

No cases should be listed for any Circuit Court on that date, save on the instruction of the judiciary.

The Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and High Court conference has been scheduled, but not confirmed, to take place on Thursday 20 May.

Change of day

Confirmation will issue in due course. Practitioners are asked to please note the change from a Friday as was normal in previous years to Thursday this year.

No cases should be listed for the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeal or the High Court on Thursday 20 May, save on the instruction of the judiciary.

The National Conference has scheduled but not confirmed to take place on Friday, 19 November 2021. Confirmation will issue in due course. 

No cases should be listed for any court on that date, save on the instruction of the judiciary.
