Rescheduled dates for matters before the courts

Following a statement from the High Court President on 5 January, confirming that the Master’s Court will not sit again until further notice, matters listed before the master will now be automatically rescheduled on a four-weekly cycle.

Listings will be updated following any revision in the level of COVID-19 restrictions, the Courts Service has confirmed.

The motions listed for tomorrow, 12 January, will be rescheduled to Tuesday, 9 February.

The motions listed on Wednesday, 13 January, will be rescheduled to Wednesday, 10 February.

The motions listed on Thursday, 14 January, will be rescheduled to Thursday, 11 February.

The rescheduled dates for all matters to be heard by the master will be subject to prevailing health guidelines at that time, the Courts Service has confirmed.
