Dublin firm Sherwin O’ Riordan has appointed Deirdre Ardagh and Rachael Connolly as partners in its corporate and regulatory and compliance departments.
Rachael Connolly joined the firm in 2008, having previously worked with a top-tier international law firm in New York. She specialises in corporate and commercial litigation and dispute resolution, including issues ranging from structural lending and securities to landlord and tenant disputes.
Deirdre Ardagh, a former barrister and economist, heads the firm’s corporate and commercial department, and has a strong background in regulatory and administrative law, having worked with many technology, media and telecoms companies.
