Orbitus Law is seeking an ambitious Associate to join its high-performing Commercial Property team in their Cork office. The role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of quality commercial real estate transactions supported by experienced partners and senior lawyers to deliver leading services to Orbitus’ broad client base.

Key responsibilities

- Advise on all aspects of commercial real estate including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development projects, and property finance.

- Draft and negotiate contracts related to various types of real estate transactions.

- Conduct due diligence investigations into property titles, planning permissions, and other property related inquiries.

- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams within the firm to offer comprehensive legal advice that aligns with clients' business strategies.

Knowledge, skills and experience

- 1+ years relevant post qualification experience.

- Excellent analytical capabilities for solving legal issues related to property matters.

- Experience handling real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and leasing.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong growth mind-set that is open to feedback.
