Wallace Corporate Counsel LLP is seeking to recruit a full time Commercial Property Solicitor with 1+ years post qualification experience to join its expanding team. The successful candidate will have strong commercial property experience and will work closely with the commercial property Partner.

They will work and gain hands on experience in all commercial property practice areas to include acquisitions, disposals, investments, developments, landlord and tenant, finance and reorganisations and all aspects of commercial property across a wide range of sectors. 

The successful candidate will:

- Be qualified as a Solicitor with at least 1+ years relevant post qualification experience;

- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills;

- Have appropriate commercial property law knowledge with a strong technical ability;

- Have an ability to exercise sound judgement, decision making with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail;

- Have a positive and team player attitude.
