Pierse McCarthy Lucey Solicitors LLP are currently seeking to recruit a full time Conveyancing and Probate Solicitor to join their busy and professional team. The successful candidate should have at least 4 years post qualification experience in the relevant fields.

The position of Conveyancing and Probate Solicitor will afford the successful candidate an opportunity to develop their career and work with the support of experienced practitioners with flexible conditions.

The ideal candidate will be able to handle a varied workload but will work mainly in the areas of conveyancing and probate. Salary commensurate with experience and expertise. The office is located at 9 Ashe Street, Tralee, County Kerry. 

The ideal candidate should possess:

- A broad range of conveyancing and probate experience;

- A proven ability to work independently on their own files while also being a team player;

- An ability to manage a busy caseload, to meet deadlines and to prioritise;

- Excellent communication skills and an ability to deal with clients and colleagues in a friendly, courteous and efficient manner;

- Excellent problem solving skills and be self motivated;

- A precise attention to detail, good organisational and IT skills.
