Benville Robinson Solicitors are a busy, successful general practice based in Bray, Co. Wicklow and are looking for a permanent full time conveyancing Legal Secretary / PA to join their team. The role will be based in Bray office.
Responsibilities will include:
- Dictaphone typing;
- Drafting and amending documents;
- Filing and opening new files;
- Scanning and assigning documents to case management system;
- Overflow secretarial work and reception duties;
- Preparation of contracts and closing documentation;
- Dealing with clients.
Minimum requirements:
- Have 5 plus years experience in conveyancing;
- Have strong computer skills
- Have good interpersonal skills;
- Have excellent attention to detail and be capable of working to deadlines
- Be highly organised and have good diary and file management skills.
The ideal candidate will be familiar with case management systems, preferably Leap. Salary is commensurate with experience.
