Howell Kelly Solicitors are seeking to recruit a Conveyancing Solicitor with experience in general practice to join their team in their Clondalkin office.
The role:
You will manage a varied caseload of primarily residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
This includes:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases;
- Transfers of equity and remortgages;
- Title checks, raising queries, and drafting contracts;
- Liaising with clients, estate agents and lenders;
- Ensuring transactions proceed smoothly and efficiently.
The role will allow for development in other areas of practice and is not solely in conveyancing as the practice provides private client services in probate, estate planning, litigation and providing general legal advice.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have at least 3+ years' experience in the areas of conveyancing;
- Experience in probate an advantage;
- Have excellent computer skills with experience in case management systems;
- Have excellent communication skills, an ability to deal with clients in a friendly and courteous manner, good negotiation and engagement, and decision-making skills;
- Have the ability to manage a varied workload and to manage deadlines;
- Have the ability to work on their own initiative and work as part of a team.
Flexibility in terms of remote working will be considered for the right candidate. Salary commensurate with experience.
