The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) is an Office of the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment. It plays a vital role in Irish society in delivering fair and compliant workplaces and the non-discriminatory delivery of services. The Conciliation, Facilitation and Mediation Services Division of the WRC engages with employers, employees and their representatives in dispute and conflict situations and directly delivers these services in order to assist parties to resolve their differences.

The Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment is now seeking to appoint a Director of the WRC’s Conciliation, Facilitation and Mediation Services Division.

Reporting to the Director General, the successful candidate will manage the day-to-day operation of the service and be directly involved in the resolution of high-profile industrial relations disputes.
