Ferrys Solicitors LLP are seeking a full time Litigation Secretary to join their city centre offices. The successful candidate will provide secretarial and administrative support to litigation team assisting with a broad range of litigation matters.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing, typing and formatting legal documents and correspondence.
- Managing diaries, court dates and deadlines.
- Filing and serving documents.
- Liaising with clients, counsel, courts and third parties.
- Maintaining files in accordance with office procedures.
- General administrative support duties.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a legal or office environment.
- Litigation experience helpful but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good typing and IT Skills including Microsoft office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional and courteous manner.
