Curry & Hickey LLP has an excellent opportunity for a solicitor to join their expanding Healthcare and Capacity team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a progressive, ambitious and friendly law firm.

The Role:

The successful candidate will manage complex mental health and capacity cases involving constitutional rights representing clients in the Circuit Court and the High Court and will work alongside the firm's partners.

Ideal Candidate:

·         A qualified solicitor with a strong academic background and an interest in constitutional, administrative and healthcare law.

·         Post qualification experience in healthcare, regulatory or public law will be of assistance but is not essential. 

·         Excellent communication and drafting skills including attention to detail.

·         Ability to work as a team player contributing to new ideas and providing solutions.

·         Ability to work to tight timelines. 

·         Ability to take ownership of caseload with supervisory and team support.

·         A strong commitment to personal learning and career development.
