Elizabeth Howard & Co Solicitors, a well-established and friendly legal firm based in Lucan, Co. Dublin, is currently seeking a full time Junior Legal Assistant to join their dynamic and busy office. This onsite role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive team environment, with free parking available for all staff. Full training will be provided.

Elizabeth Howard & Co Solicitors office is home to two fee earners who primarily focus on personal injury, medical negligence, and family law. They pride themselves on maintaining a positive and collaborative work atmosphere, ensuring that both their clients and staff receive the best possible experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Scanning post/managing all incoming and outgoing post and DX;
• Office support - maintain office supplies and organisation;
• Filing;
• General ad hoc office duties;
• Reception cover when necessary.

Essential skills and qualifications:

• Fluent written and spoken English;
• Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook etc) is essential;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload;
• Capability to work under pressure.
