Julie Breen Solicitors are seeking an experienced Legal Executive for part time work in a busy general practice.
Duties will include
- Gathering information and assisting in preparing legal documents
- Formatting letters and legal documents
- Diary management
- Communicating with clients and professionals
- Filing, invoicing and general administrative support
The ideal candidate will
- Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role have previous experience in a legal environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisational skills and an ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
