Justin Hughes Solicitors, a busy and expanding solicitor practice in Dublin 7 is seeking a dedicated and efficient Legal Secretary/Receptionist to join their team. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with solicitors and support staff, managing a varied and interesting caseload.
Key responsibilities:
- Reception duties, including answering phones and greeting clients.
- Organise and maintain diaries and schedules.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as dictaphone typing, scanning, and filing.
- Prepare legal documents and briefs.
- Handle correspondence and communication with clients, maintaining and nurturing strong client relationships.
Required skills and experience:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize workloads effectively.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in typing with a strong command of spoken and written English.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, meeting targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
