Regan McEntee & Partners LLP, Trim, Co. Meath is seeking a dedicated newly qualified Planning and Environment Solicitor to join their busy Public Authority team. This is a unique opportunity to build on our reputation for excellence in the public sector, advising on critical legal issues for local government and public authority clients.

The successful candidate will manage a high-value, complex caseload across the following key areas:

- Planning and environment

- Local authority conveyancing

- General Corporate advices (including Housing, Data Protection, FOI and AIE)

- Regulatory enforcement

- Statutory processes

Candidate requirements:

- Proven experience in planning law is essential. Experience in local government law, property law, or conveyancing is highly desirable.

- Strong litigation skills and the ability to provide clear, strategic advice on complex statutory matters.

- A commitment to maintaining the high professional standards of the firm.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Working knowledge of Keyhouse or similar legal case management platform.
