Looking to be an In-House Defence Litigation Counsel/Solicitor rather than employed in private practice? Looking for an exciting change away from billable hours and fee targets? Looking to join an innovative, dynamic team to help create a best in class In-House legal team within a rapidly growing nationwide hospitality and retail brand?

Are you a practicing barrister/solicitor with 5+ years post qualification litigation defence experience? Do you have experience in drafting pleadings, instructing counsel, managing and resolving a variety of litigation to include commercial disputes, defamation, personal injury defence, product liability and regulatory matters? Experience in advocacy and ADR desirable. Are you good at problem solving with great communication skills? Are you solutions focused in order to effectively resolve legal problems?

  • Qualified Barrister/Solicitor
