Duties and responsibilities:

- Running of probate files and advising clients through all stages of probate process.

- Providing estate planning advice.

- Drafting of wills and trusts.

- Update supervising partner / fee earner in charge of file with regard to progress of case.

- Undertaking any other associated duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Education and qualifications:

- Qualified Solicitor with 1+ post qualification experience.

- Practising Certificate.

- Compliance with Continuing Professional Development (“C.P.D.”) requirements.

Experience and skills:

- Experience in wills and probate.

- Experience in conveyancing an advantage.

- Excellent attention to detail and drafting skills.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and organisational skills.

- Excellent IT and typing skill.

- Ability to prioritise effectively, to meet deadlines and to see tasks through to conclusion.

- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
