Doyle and Company LLP are currently seeking to recruit a Solicitor to join their team. Doyle and Company is a well-established, progressive and medium sized general practice firm with offices in Cabra and Blanchardstown and a winner at the Irish Law Awards 2024 and finalise in 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. Doyle and Company LLP offer a large range of services, including litigation, conveyancing, family law, wills and probate and commercial work. They have recently incorporated the personal injury practice formerly known as Rory Quigley & Co into their firm.

The Role 

The successful candidate will be managing Conveyancing in the Cabra office with the support of an experienced Legal Secretary. The successful candidate should have experience in advising on all matters of contract and title for residential conveyancing.

The successful candidate will also carry files in other areas of general practice, with the support of a legal secretary or legal executive. This is a full time (or part time) opportunity situated in Cabra office which is 5 minutes from the Phisborough Luas station, 5 minutes from the Broombridge Train station (Dublin-Maynooth, Longford, M3 Parkway) and staff parking available.

The ideal candidate will also have experience in some of the following:

 - Probate applications;

 - Drafting wills;

 - Enduring Power of Attorney, DMRs etc.;

 - Severance agreements;

 - Family law;

 - Litigation/debt recovery/licensing.
