Patrick J Sweeney Solicitors a progressive and busy general practice firm, based in Donegal and Dublin, are seeking to recruit an ambitious and motivated Solicitor to join their team.

The successful candidate will:

- Be responsible for managing and progressing your own caseload of files in the areas of International Protection and Immigration.

- Have minimum of three years’ experience in a general practice in the areas of International Protection and Immigration is essential.

- Have experience with meeting clients, liaising with Counsel, managing own files autonomously and experience of drafting proceedings and preparing cases for hearing.

- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with experience of file management systems.

Salary will be commensurate with ability and experience.
