John Casey and Company Solicitors are seeking an experienced General Practice Solicitor with particular emphasis on conveyancing and probate.
The ideal candidate should be able to manage a varied caseload and take responsibility for files from initial instructions through to completion.
Key responsibilities:
- Acting on behalf of clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing and probate matters.
- Liaising with clients, lending institutions, agents and colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong technical knowledge of practice and procedure; confident with titles, security reviews, and new-build schemes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
