Patrick J. Daly & Co. Solicitors are seeking a full time Solicitor to join their team. They are a well established Galway city centre firm with a legacy of over 40 years. The firm has a very large conveyancing and probate practice and also civil litigation and family law. Patrick J. Daly & Co. Solicitors boast a loyal client base, built on trust and integrity.

For the successful candidate this is an opportunity in a senior role to progress to partnership and assist in the management of the firm.

The candidate should:

- Have experience in all areas of residential conveyancing acting for both purchasers and vendors.

- Have experience in drafting of Contracts, Replies to Requisitions on Title, Declarations and Deeds. 

- Have experience in reviewing and drafting commercial leases. 

- Have experience in investigation of title, advising clients in respect of property transactions. 

- Have experience in Probate and Administration of Estates and drafting of Wills and EPA's. 

- Have experience in liaising with clients and third party Solicitors. 

- Have experience in lodging Personal Injuries Resolutions Board applications. 

- Have knowledge of litigation and family law procedures and practices. 

- Have experience in attending hearings, mediation and settlements. 

- Familiarity with case management system Leap would be an advantage. 

Excellent remuneration for the right candidate which will be commensurate with experience.
