Hamilton Turner Solicitors, located on Dame Street, Dublin 2 is a busy and dynamic general practice law firm. They are currently seeking to fill the position of Trainee Solicitor. Interested candidates must be post PPC1.

The successful candidate will in the first instance be working alongside the head of conveyancing on residential conveyancing, wills and probate files, under their supervision.

Prior experience in this area is essential to the role with competency required in drafting contracts, switching loans, completing title checks and an in-depth knowledge of the procedures and practices of probate and wills.

There will be further scope to work on litigation, personal injury, and employment law cases. There is much potential for career progression within the firm. Salary commensurate to experience. 

Essential requirements:

- Fluency in spoken and written English

- Excellent interpersonal skills for working through issues with clients

- Ability to work to closing deadlines

- Ability to manage and take responsibility for a busy caseload
