Ardchúrsa Cleachtadh Dlí as Gaeilge / Advanced Legal Practice Irish Course
Cuireann an Dlí-Chumann ardchúrsa cleachtadh dlí i nGaeilge ar fáil d’oiliúnaithe PPC II mar aon le haturnaetha cáilithe, faoi mar atá leagtha amach in alt 40, fo-alt 2(A)(d) go 2(A)(h) den Acht Aturnaetha 1954 arna leasú. Ardchúrsa Cleachtadh Dlí as Gaeilge an teideal atá air.
Is nideog é cleachtadh an dlí trí Ghaeilge ach tá fás ag teacht air faoi láthair. Admhófar do Chlár na Gaeilge (An Dlí-Chumann) agus the Irish Language Register (Law Society) aturnae a bhfuil an t-ardchúrsa seo déanta aige mar aturnae a chleachtann trí Ghaeilge (alt 2(i) den Acht 2008). Bainistíonn Roinn Rialúcháin an Chumainn an Clár seo.
Ritheann an t-ardchúrsa seo gach bliain mar chúrsa roghnach PPC II a bhfuil aturnaetha cáilithe in ann freastal air – ó Aibreán go Meitheamh, de ghnáth. Breathnaigh ar eolas sonrach faoin Ardchúrsa Cleachtadh Dlí as Gaeilge.

Advanced Legal Practice Irish Course
The Law Society provides an advanced course in legal practice Irish to PPC II trainees as well as qualified solicitors, as laid out in section 40 subsection 2(A)(d) to 2(A)(h) of the Solicitors Act 1954. ‘Advanced Legal Practice Irish’ is the name of this course.
The practice of law through Irish is a growing boutique area of practice. A solicitor who completes this advanced course will be admitted to the Irish Language Register (Law Society) and Clár na Gaeilge (An Dlí-Chumann) as a solicitor who practises through Irish (s.2 (i) of the 2008 Act). The Regulation Department of the Society manages this Register.
This advanced course runs every year as a PPC II elective that has qualified solicitor participation - usually from April to June. See specific information about the Advanced Legal Practice Irish course.
