Complaints & Client Relations Committee
Role of the Committee
In October 2019, the Legal Services Regulatory Authority assumed responsibility for the investigation of complaints against solicitors.
Since then, the Complaints and Client Relations Committee has been engaged in a winding-up exercise, with the committee continuing to resolve all complaints made prior to 7 October 2019.
