Annual General Meeting and Annual Report
Save the date for this year's AGM.
Dear colleagues,
I am writing today to provide notice of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Law Society taking place on Thursday 10 November 2022. All members of the Law Society are invited to attend this meeting.
The AGM will give consideration to the Annual Report for the year 2021/22, available now in an online and print-friendly PDF format, and provide a report on the Audited Financial Statements for year ending 31 December 2021. Members who attend the event will also able to vote on three proposed motions and approve the minutes of the AGM 2021.
Register to attend
The AGM will take place as a hybrid event to accommodate in-person and online attendance. The details of the Law Society AGM are as follows:
- Time/date: 6.30pm on Thursday 10 November 2022.
- Location: Presidents’ Hall, Law Society of Ireland, Blackhall Place, Dublin 7 and Zoom Webinar. Please refer to the Law Society website for more information.
- Registration: Advance registration for online attendance is essential. Registration for members attending in-person is not mandatory but is encouraged.

You can register to attend the AGM online through the Law Society website (login required). The deadline for registering to attend the AGM online is 5pm on Tuesday 8 November 2022. Members who have registered to attend online will receive a Zoom Webinar link in advance of the meeting.
