The only legislative sources candidates may bring with them into the examinations are listed below. Candidates may only bring into the examinations the original, unmarked (except for highlighting and underlining of entire words or lines) publications.

Candidates are permitted to bring unmarked copies of one of the following publications into the examination as Union Treaties and legislative sources:
The Consolidated European Union Treaties and Charter of Fundamental Rights, as published by the Office of Official Publications of the EU (2010 editions);
OR
Foster, Blackstone’s EU Treaties and Legislation 2023-24, (34th edition) Oxford University Press. 2022-23 (33rd edition may) also be brought into the examination;
OR
Conor Duff and Anthony Walsh, European Union Treaties and related secondary legislation (Clarus Press 2020).
