Current issues
Current items on the Committee's agenda include the following:
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) - addressing the response of the profession to AI and other emerging technologies;
- Cybersecurity - raising awareness and providing practitioners with practical information;
- Courts Service liaison - providing practitioner input on modernisation efforts being pursued by the Courts Service and other agencies;
- Practice technology - providing information on using technology in day-to-day practice; and
- eVoting - raising awareness of the Law Society's online platform for Council elections.
