The Law Society of Ireland is closed from Tuesday 24 December 2024 to Thursday, 2 January 2025.  Please see below for technical support for online courses over the Christmas period.

Login details for Complimentary courses

Go to the CPD course listing page and click ‘Book now’ on the (free) course you want.

You will be automatically directed to the course website where you can log in and access the course. You will need to create an account first if you have not done so before on that specific course. 

Login details for an online course you have already paid for

If you require login details to an online course you have booked and paid for, please email lawsociety@learnskills.ie to request your login details.

Please name the course in this email so our technical support team can assist you without delay.

Login details for an online course you have not yet paid for

If you have not booked/paid for an online course and wish to access one between 20 – 31 December 2024, please take the following steps:

1. Go to the CPD course listing page.
2. Book and pay for the course.
3. After booking you must email our eLearning provider at lawsociety@learnskills.ie and request your login details. Make sure to name the course in this email so they know which login details to send you.
4. Our eLearning provider will then email you your login details so you can access the course. Allow 24 hours for the login details to be emailed to you.

 Important notes

Online courses must be fully completed by 11.30pm on Tuesday, 31 December 2024, as all courses will automatically close at this time. Please give yourself ample time to fully complete the course(s) before midnight. You will not receive CPD hours for partially completed courses.

Your attendance and time spent on our online courses is tracked and logged for CPD compliance purposes. Fast forwarding or skipping through the video is visible from this tracking and you will only receive CPD credit for actual time spent engaging in the course. This information will be shared with the Law Society CPD Scheme.
