The Law Society of Ireland congratulates Minister for Justice and Equality, Helen McEntee TD on the birth of her baby boy.
President of the Law Society, James Cahill, said, “It is with warm congratulations that we send our best wishes to Minister Helen McEntee and her husband, Paul Hickey, on the birth of their baby boy.”
“As the first Cabinet minister to take maternity leave while in office, we thank you for paving the way for future leaders and for highlighting issues of equality and barriers still being faced by many serving in public office,” he said. “We must continue to develop practical solutions to address these barriers if we want to achieve an equal and inclusive society.”
